Requirements

Candidates must be U.S. Citizens eligible for a U.S. Public Trust security clearance. A minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow configuration/development experience is required, along with current ServiceNow certifications including Certified System Administrator (CSA), HR Professional Suite Certification, and preferably Workplace Service Delivery Accreditation, Legal Service Delivery Accreditation, and Certified Application Developer certification. Additionally, at least 5 years of experience in configuring/developing complex HR, Workplace/Facilities, and Legal technologies, including integrations and portals, is necessary.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical expert in optimizing ServiceNow solutions, focusing on configuration over customization. Support customer engagements by defining, re-engineering, and improving processes, and conducting gap analyses. Advise customers on leveraging standard ServiceNow capabilities and lead design workshops. Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies, while guiding customers through documentation and approvals. Lead technical aspects of project delivery, including developing integration components like SSO and LDAP, and creating portal components. Prepare customer-facing deliverables, ensure solution quality, and manage multiple complex projects. Promote continuous improvement, support sales activities, and provide training and mentoring to the delivery team and partners. Travel up to 50% annually is expected.
