Requirements

Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust security clearance. Requires at least 3 years of configuring/developing ServiceNow or equivalent solutions, holding a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, and preferably HR Professional Suite, Workplace Service Delivery, Legal Service Delivery, and Certified Application Developer certifications. Additionally, requires at least 5 years of configuration/development experience for complex HR, Workplace/Facilities & Legal technologies, including integrations and portals, with demonstrated ability to influence and consult customers.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical expert in optimizing and leveraging ServiceNow best practices, focusing on configuration over customization. Support customer engagements by defining, re-engineering, and analyzing processes, and advising customers on leveraging standard ServiceNow capabilities. Lead customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and Solution technology, and guide customers in completing technical documentation and user stories. Lead technical aspects of project delivery, develop integration components and portal components, and prepare customer-facing deliverables. Juggle multiple complex projects, promote continuous improvement, support sales activities, and provide training and mentoring. Travel up to 50% annually is expected.
