Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, including at least 3+ years in cloud environments
  • Strong expertise with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and SaaS applications
  • Hands-on knowledge of integration patterns (REST APIs, event-driven architecture, middleware, ETL/iPaaS tools)
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and cloud-native storage (e.g., Snowflake, Synapse, SQL)
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, version control, Infrastructure as Code)
  • Experience in regulated or enterprise-scale environments with high availability requirements
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business analysts, architects, and developers to translate functional requirements into detailed system specifications
  • Lead the design and documentation of application integrations, APIs, and data flows across cloud and on-premise systems (e.g., Azure, AWS, Dynamics 365, Snowflake, Informatica)
  • Perform system analysis, gap assessments, and impact analysis for new initiatives and change requests
  • Develop and maintain system requirement specifications (SRS), technical diagrams, and interface definitions
  • Support architecture teams in ensuring solutions follow cloud best practices for scalability, resiliency, and security
  • Oversee testing strategies (unit, integration, UAT) to validate system behavior against requirements
  • Provide Tier-3 technical support for complex system issues, identifying root causes and recommending long-term fixes
  • Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams
