Schedule

Eves: Sunday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Requirements

• Clearance: Must possess a current TS/SCI FS clearance.
• Experience: Fifteen (15) years of experience as a Systems Administrator (SA) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • An additional five (5) years of system administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Certifications:
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA): Security
  • CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+)
  • CompTIA Security+ CE
  • GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)
  • Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP)
  • Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
  • IAT Level 2

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications systems.
• Provide 24/7 mission and infrastructure monitoring, notification, administrative support, logging, ticketing, and reporting for supported systems.
• Coordinate with ISP and GW GES watch staff for situational awareness and support actions.
• Liaise with customers and support personnel to provide notification and response to event activity.
• Perform router and switch updates in support of security actions.
