Requirements

  • Portfolio showcasing expertise in Styling across Retail, Digital, and Campaign
  • Proven ability to collaborate and adapt to changing creative and business needs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Design, or related field (or suitable combination of education, experience, and training)
  • Deep understanding of fashion, sport, and youth culture—past and present
  • Proficiency in Keynote, Excel, and Photoshop (Mac experience preferred)
  • Ability to travel 4–6 times per year

Responsibilities

  • Execute the Global Styling strategy across seasonal Brand Creative initiatives spanning Retail, Digital, and Campaign
  • Lead product coordination and management for photoshoots in partnership with the Global Styling Excellence team and Brand Marketing
  • Partner with Art Direction to shape campaign creative concepts and visual worlds
  • Execute the creative vision through styling during seasonal campaign shoots
  • Collaborate with internal and external styling partners to bring concepts to life
  • Continuously evolve styling tools, processes, and inspiration resources that support creative teams
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with agility
