Requirements

  • Experience leading and coaching a team of at least 3 direct reports for at least 5 years, including setting challenging objectives, establishing ways of working, navigating tough conversations, and rallying the team; additional consideration for managing leaders with their own teams
  • At least 8 years proven experience in Supply Chain, with additional consideration for experience in Logistics (transportation and/or distribution) and/or Planning
  • Proven experience managing multiple/complex supply chains, operating in complex/diverse regions, and working with external partners
  • Experience leading improvement initiatives involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders, delivering clearly identified results and measurable impact through process improvements, both individually and through teamwork
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with ability to communicate clearly and influence various levels in a matrix organization, including examples of influencing cross-functional stakeholders and presenting to senior leadership
  • Strategic mindset with ability to define a future vision and bring it to life via strategy deployment and project management
  • Ability to embrace and lead change, deal with ambiguity, act with courage, bring a mature leadership style to lead and develop teams, foster effective teamwork, and ensure clarity and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Provide business and team leadership for fulfillment of orders to commercial partners in Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa (CEMEA) region, in close partnership with European Logistics and Transportation teams
  • Bring strong end-to-end (E2E) operations and commercial management experience to ensure effective KPI focus and business delivery, obsessing over Consumer Promise KPIs (Service, Convenience, Sustainability, and Profitability)
  • Set short- and long-term supply chain goals, create and deliver initiatives and results towards operational and commercial strategy, individually or through the team
  • Represent the voice of Supply Chain operations to internal and external stakeholders to drive efficient operations and mutually profitable growth
  • Lead a team of Supply Chain Managers, each with their own team of Supply Chain Specialists and Senior Specialists, focused on serving the CEMEA marketplace through distributor models and local accounts/partners
  • Drive service model differentiation and operational performance in partnership with EMEA Logistics and Transportation teams to deliver mutually profitable growth with account partners
  • Create and drive the CEMEA Supply Chain multi-year strategy, translating and linking it to the Commercial strategy to grow and serve CEMEA partners through internal and external collaboration
  • Be the Supply Chain voice in the account squads
