  • Expertise in supervising and managing teams focused on clinical trial capabilities (e.g., resourcing solutions, community screening, mobile research events, emerging technology, digital solutions, logistics, alternate locations, ancillaries, kitting, vendor management)
  • Capability to prioritize, plan, and implement deliverables across the team
  • Background in clinical research, trial design, delivery, or analytics (CDDA functions)
  • Leadership experience in a global healthcare or pharmaceutical environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead a group of 8-12 direct reports
  • Contribute to strategy and set yearly goals/objectives, leading staff to achieve them
  • Recruit, develop, and retain qualified staff, recommending and implementing staffing decisions
  • Provide management and supervision of the team
  • Oversee design and delivery of clinical capabilities, including clinical trial resourcing solutions, community screening, mobile research event services, clinical emerging technology, digital solution enablement, logistics, alternate locations, ancillaries, kitting, and vendor management
  • Collaborate and partner across functions within Clinical Design, Delivery, and Analytics (CDDA)
  • Prioritize, plan, and implement deliverables across the team to enhance clinical research awareness, accessibility, diversity, reduce burden, and speed trial execution globally
