Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, information technology, business, or a related field, and a minimum of 8 years of experience as a business analyst, ideally within the financial information industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration abilities, are essential. Responsibilities

The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed business requirements, facilitate requirements gathering sessions, and create comprehensive documentation including user stories, features, use cases, and process flows. They will identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, ensure alignment of project deliverables with business goals, and utilize Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Teams, Miro, MS Suites, and SharePoint. Furthermore, the role involves mentoring junior analysts and team members, and providing guidance on system requirements analysis, user story creation, and process optimization within a dynamic global organization.
