Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with a Master's degree preferred. They should have at least 8 years of progressive finance experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a Sales Finance role, and demonstrated experience managing and developing finance teams. Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis principles, sales operations, and North American sales models is essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior Finance Manager, Sales FP&A will serve as a trusted advisor and finance partner to key Sales leadership within North America, developing an understanding of their business and translating that into operational and financial information. They will also be responsible for developing various metrics and reports to monitor the health of the sales organization, partnering with Speedboat and Central Finance teams, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations on a regular basis. This role involves driving process improvement and actionable insights across all key FP&A areas.
