Requirements

  • 3-4 years of finance experience across real estate, industrial, energy, or infrastructure, with 2+ years in project finance, investment banking, or private equity
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling & analyses, forecasting, budgeting, scenario analyses, and calculating return metrics such as IRR and MOIC
  • Proven experience in supporting complex financial deals
  • Proven ability to drive process enhancements and improve reporting accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain short and long-term data center project models, including functionalities of project finance and equity joint venture modeling
  • Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario analysis to support financial decisions, from deal structuring, capital budgeting, liquidity planning to profitability analysis
  • Partner with Finance and stakeholders across construction, data center operations & strategy, project controls, and accounting to create capital budgets for data center projects
  • Prepare the annual budget and monthly forecasts, ensuring timely tracking, performance analysis, and communications
  • Create and maintain the relevant models for debt and equity partners and support the due diligence process for transactions
  • Create and support the broader Finance team in delivering monthly and quarterly executive reports, board materials, and investor updates
  • Support the strategic finance team with the creation of models, presentations, and diligence materials for fundraising events
