Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with more than 8 years of experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
  • College diploma (technical level) with more than 6 years of experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
  • Bachelor's degree with more than 4 years of experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to be present in assigned territory daily for unexpected needs
  • Occasional travel outside assigned territory, including overnight stays
  • Ability to move freely in facilities, use phone, keyboard, mouse, and interact visually with computers
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for 8 hours per day
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Ability to drive approximately 50% of the time in assigned territory, including overnight travel
  • Possible environmental exposure to infectious diseases and radiation

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical, educational, clinical, and commercial support to help the Quebec region achieve sales and customer service goals for Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS)
  • Responsible for reporting complaints and adverse drug reactions (RIM)
  • Offer clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital staff, and office staff on technical aspects of CAS products and associated procedures
  • Promote safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and associated procedures
  • Understand and support national, regional, and territorial sales goals to meet or exceed sales targets for all CAS products
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to generate additional business opportunities
  • Partner with account managers, regional managers, and area directors to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Collaborate and develop strategies with the local sales team to organize customer training on mapping and other Cardiac Ablation Solutions products
  • Collaborate and communicate with regional sales and clinical teams
  • Act as an effective representative of Medtronic CAS to physicians and support staff regarding products, services, and support
  • Serve as regional champion to share experience and influence others to master mapping technology
