Requirements

  • 5+ consulting experience preferred either as an internal consultant or with a consulting / software organization in another ERP application (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian or similar applications)
  • 8+ years of functional experience in Financials, Revenue, Spend software solutions or systems
  • Experience in at least 2 full cycle client implementations
  • Demonstrated strong client and stakeholder engagements to achieve project objectives
  • Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects
  • Developing as a domain expert to find the right solution to the client requirement
  • Develops working collaborations with members of team and management as well as onshore counterparts
  • Possesses sound analytical problem-solving and documentation skills
  • Demonstrates ability to prioritize conflicting demands with little supervision

Responsibilities

  • Master at least 2 modules in the Workday Financial product suite (Record to report, Order to Cash, Procure to pay, Spend Management, Project Billing, Business Asset, Banking & Settlement, Accounting Center, Accounts receivable, Accounts Payable)
  • On a client engagement: understand client business requirements
  • On a client engagement: configure the Workday solution
  • On a client engagement: demonstrate the configurations through the building of prototype configuration
  • On a client engagement: assist the client in testing the Workday solution
