Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field or a Registered Nursing certification, along with 5+ years of experience in clinical trials and site monitoring, including familiarity with patient sampling. Previous experience working with clinical sites is essential.

Responsibilities

The (Senior) Clinical Logistics Monitor will serve as a central point of contact for clinical sites and sponsors, overseeing recruitment and slot allocation, training and supporting study sites, conducting Mock Run activities, providing training on logistics activities, coordinating the collection, processing, and shipment of patient cells, managing material inventory, tracking samples and patients, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with the development of SOPs and training materials. They will also occasionally attend bid defense meetings.
