Candidates must possess at least 8 years of consulting experience with complex, global organizations in HR, Workplace/Facility, and Legal operations/technology departments. Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and relevant Solution-Specific Implementation Specialist/Accreditation designations (HR Suite, Workplace Service Delivery, Legal Service Delivery).
The Business Process Consultant will act as a functional and process expert, guiding customers in translating business requirements into configuration requirements for ServiceNow Core Business Services Products, including HRSD, WSD, and LSD. Responsibilities include defining, re-engineering, and improving HR, Workplace/Facility, and Legal processes through workshops, gap analysis, and leading design sessions. The consultant will also own the lifecycle of user stories, support unit and user acceptance testing, prepare customer-facing deliverables focused on process, and promote continuous improvement. Additionally, they may support sales activities and provide training to other delivery team members. Up to 50% travel is expected.
