Requirements
Candidates should possess 7+ years of software engineering experience, a genuine passion for Generative AI technologies and applications, strong proficiency in Go or a modern programming language for backend service development, deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservices, experience with AWS services such as S3, Bedrock, Sagemaker, and RDS, practical knowledge of operating production services including CI/CD, monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus), and Kubernetes, a strong grasp of multithreading, concurrency, and parallel processing, experience with LLM integrations and AI/ML platforms, knowledge of message queues and event-driven architectures, and experience in designing, building, and maintaining APIs aligned with industry standards.
Responsibilities
The Sr. Backend Engineer will design and implement scalable cloud services using Go in a cloud-native environment, build reusable platform components and frameworks, develop and operate secure LLM deployments, create deep integrations with internal enterprise systems, build high-performance data processing pipelines, engineer agentic workflows and autonomous agent capabilities, engage directly with internal users to understand requirements, own features end-to-end, drive innovation in the Generative AI landscape, and participate in on-call responsibilities.
