Requirements

Candidates should possess a broad range of Business Continuity experience, ideally within the Fintech services sector, and demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively motivate and influence directors and staff. They must have experience in building and maintaining Business Continuity Plans, including defining BCP policies and processes and RPO/RTO objectives, as well as experience in planning and managing the execution of Crisis Management simulations, Business Continuity tests, and Infrastructure Disaster Recovery testing. Furthermore, the candidate should hold ISO 22301 certifications and collaborate with IT Operations to achieve committed RTO/RPO/MBCU and production applications.

Responsibilities

As Manager of Business continuity, the individual will be responsible for BCP policy & process definitions, Conducting drills and post review implementations of Zeta’s IT systems & Production environments on the cloud and on-prem data centre’s across all geographies, coordinating a global Business Continuity awareness programme, providing training and guidance where required to staff in all Zeta’s offices, conducting post implementation reviews of all IT systems and production applications, conducting Business continuity related risk assessments, Audit Business continuity plans regularly and act, conducting regular business impact assessments with Product teams and business units to quantify Business Continuity requirements and identify required Business Continuity Plans, and conducting third party risk assessment wrt BCM.
