Requirements

In at least third year of a bachelor’s program, enrolled in a master’s program, or graduated from either within the past year
Demonstrated strong aptitude for Keyshot rendering
Ability to work full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with minimum 5 days per week onsite in Needham, MA (January through June 2026)
Strong skill/knowledge in the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Interest in color communication towards international standards
Familiarity and experience with Pantone, NCS, SPI, YickSang, Mold-Tech, etc
Provide samples of work (in addition to resume, via link in resume or as “cover letter”)

Responsibilities

Assist in the management of CMF Development for all new products
Create, track, and maintain color specifications (ID SPECS)
Develop proposals for Color Palette targeted for different retailers
Collect, organize, and archive CMF samples from suppliers into a material library
Track consumer trends and contribute to the creation of trends reports
Develop understanding of manufacturing processes and well-crafted products
Assist in the development and implementation of complex and innovative concepts
Interact daily to discuss design with APAC manufacturing team and suppliers
Work closely with the Compliance team
Support UI design, Icon design, and Rating/Warning label creation
