A strong candidate has the required skills in Excel, advanced SQL, analytical thinking, experience with data analyses and models, knowledge of advanced analytics, enthusiasm for sharing knowledge, independence, and a relevant degree; experience in financial institutions, bank products, customer behaviors, reporting tools like Power BI/Tableau, or Python analysis is highly desirable.
