Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-7 years of experience in Information Security with technical hands-on experience in Security Operations, Security Engineering, Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Endpoint Security, or Cloud Security. They should have working experience with SIEM, EPP/EDR/XDR, SOAR, Cloud Security (CSPM, Container Security, etc.), Digital Forensics software & tools, and working experience with Cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and GCP. Experience in applying AI/ML in cybersecurity use cases and proficiency in scripting languages to automate tasks are also required.

Responsibilities

The Specialist, Security Engineering & Operations will perform threat monitoring investigations, including deep dive analysis of security operations escalations and root cause analysis using open source and proprietary tools. They will build, maintain, and enhance the security operations technology stack, managing detection use cases and incorporating AI into workflows. The role involves leading incident response efforts, providing guidance during investigations and incidents, and contributing to security projects such as Endpoint Security enhancements, Threat Hunting, and Compromise Assessments. Furthermore, the Specialist will engage in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management, mentor team members, and be responsible for on-call duties.
