Responsibilities

  • Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) and other smart systems across the corporate real estate portfolio
  • Manage associate feedback regarding space comfort and functionality
  • Monitor energy and power usages, developing creative solutions to decrease utility consumption
  • Update operational sequences and integrate new devices into the BMS architecture
  • Ensure a smooth, productive thermal environment for all associates
