Responsibilities

Lead the strategy for standardized developer tools, ensuring seamless integration and value delivery
Own the full lifecycle of AI-powered and engineering efficiency tools, including GitHub Copilot, BlueOptima, and similar platforms
Manage onboarding, configuration, rollout, training, usage monitoring, and feedback loops for assigned tools
Maintain product backlogs and roadmaps that align with business goals and developer needs
Integrate tools effectively within existing development environments, including GitHub, Jira, CI/CD, and IDEs
Define tool adoption playbooks and standard operating procedures for onboarding/offboarding users
Ensure compliance with internal governance, security policies, and licensing agreements
Analyze usage data and engineering metrics to measure return on investment and identify optimization opportunities
Build dashboards and reports to monitor tool performance, team efficiency, and developer experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate feedback into improvements and advocacy efforts
Act as a bridge between engineering teams, IT, vendor partners, and tool providers
Drive adoption campaigns, evangelize tools’ value, and represent the “voice of the developer.”
Collaborate with the DevEx team to establish critical metrics and frameworks for evaluating engineering efficiency
