Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in information technology solutions development and at least 2 years of experience leading software development teams. Strong C++ software development skills on the Windows platform, including experience with Microsoft Visual C++ and .NET/C#, as well as MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes) program are required.

Responsibilities

The Software Engineering Manager will oversee the development of scalable, reliable, and cost-effective software solutions, participate as a team lead on projects including training and coaching, rapidly identify and resolve technical incidents, build technical prototypes, collaborate with product owners and operations, provide expert apprenticeship to project teams, stay informed about the latest technology, cultivate a team environment focused on continuous learning, and lead and mentor a team of Software Developers and Senior Software Developers.
