Requirements

  • Proven track record taking ownership of the outcomes of tasks
  • Demonstrable experience designing, building, and maintaining reliable, scalable, and highly available systems
  • Committed to code quality with experience in unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI development tools like Copilot and Gemini effectively, understanding their limitations, and maintaining accountability
  • Strong understanding of web security principles, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, and experience running containerized applications
  • Knowledge of continuous integration, deployment, and delivery (CI/CD) practices
  • At least 3 years of professional software development experience, excelling in a similar role
  • Driven, self-motivated, takes ownership, passionate about mastering craft, life-long learner, curious, not afraid to ask questions or challenge others
  • Ability to travel for company gatherings (at least twice a year), which may include final interview stages
