Requirements

Minimum of 1-4 years of strong experience in application development
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Design, or a related field
Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, particularly Agile and Test-Driven Development
Strong command of .NET technologies: C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, LINQ, Entity Framework, WEB API/Restful Services, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript frameworks, TSQL (SQL Server), and query optimization techniques
Knowledge of responsive UI and cross-browser compatibility
Good understanding of design principles and excellent communication skills
Experience in integrating AI-driven features into user-facing applications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), including setting up and managing MCP servers
Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries
Knowledge of the Agentic framework for building scalable and robust applications

Experience with specific technologies such as .NET Core and containerization
Understanding of EKS deployments, Pods configurations, and YAML
Good understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools
History of applying processes that help ensure high-quality software, such as using Test Driven Development and unit testing to enhance code coverage
Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders across various parts of the platform
Deliver foundational components that significantly impact key offerings within the CIQ Pro web platform and other related products
Work with the latest technologies tailored for web platforms, including .NET, Azure DevOps, Git Repositories, Typescript, React, K8s, MCP, Agentic AI, and integrated cloud services
Contribute to impactful projects that drive the company's technological advancements
