Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience. Experience with Ruby is primary, with exposure to Go, Scala, PHP, and React + TypeScript being beneficial. Familiarity with REST APIs, gRPC, microservices, and cloud infrastructure tools is also expected.
The Software Engineer II will design, build, and enhance critical services for identity and access management, including authentication and authorization. They will develop reliable and maintainable code, contribute to technical initiatives like system performance improvements, and support the evolution of back-end services. Responsibilities also include participating in technical discussions, ensuring software quality and security through code reviews and testing, and collaborating with engineering teams to share knowledge and enhance project success.
