Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and iterate on products that solve real challenges in healthcare, creating seamless, data-driven experiences in collaboration with product, design, data, and clinical teams
  • Work across the stack with a backend focus to improve reliability, scalability, performance, architecture, and data models
  • Contribute to authentication projects: build secure, intuitive sign-in and account experiences for all users
  • Contribute to eligibility systems: streamline ingestion and processing of partner data to determine program eligibility and ensure smooth integration across systems
  • Contribute to customer implementations: develop configurable systems that support complex, scalable program launches
  • Contribute to billing: automate workflows that aggregate engagement data and power accurate invoicing, payments, and insurance claims
  • Contribute to messaging: enhance frameworks for consistent, reliable email and SMS communication with full visibility across the platform
