3+ years of industry experience as a software engineer (or equivalent role)
Experience building and launching numerous features, products, or systems successfully and iterating based on user feedback
Commitment to code quality, eliminating unnecessary duplication or awkward workarounds
Passion for rigorous engineering practices including code reviews, automated testing, logging, monitoring, and alerting
Effective communication skills, with proven ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical collaborators and identify core challenges in complex situations

Responsibilities

Design, build, and iterate on products that solve real challenges in healthcare, creating seamless, data-driven experiences in collaboration with product, design, data, and clinical teams
Work across the stack with a backend focus to improve reliability, scalability, performance, architecture, and data models
Contribute to authentication projects: build secure, intuitive sign-in and account experiences for all users
Contribute to eligibility systems: streamline ingestion and processing of partner data to determine program eligibility and ensure smooth integration across systems
Contribute to customer implementations: develop configurable systems that support complex, scalable program launches
Contribute to billing: automate workflows that aggregate engagement data and power accurate invoicing, payments, and insurance claims
Contribute to messaging: enhance frameworks for consistent, reliable email and SMS communication with full visibility across the platform
