Master’s (or above) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
3+ years (or equivalent experience) of hands-on skills in backend development, web technologies, cloud platforms, and data pipeline management
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, etc
Familiarity with cloud services, database management, and web technologies
Experience with RDBMS such as MySQL, NoSQL
Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems; familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Outreach
