Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with software development experience, ideally in Go, but also in Python, Rust, Java, Spark, or C#/.NET. They must demonstrate a willingness to learn new software development languages, strong Computer Science fundamentals, and experience with software development.

Responsibilities

The Software Engineer will design and implement services and components utilizing Go for cloud-based platforms, collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and integrate with APIs, design and implement unit testable code, ensure performance, uptime, and scale, contribute to architectural and operational decisions, build internal tooling and APIs, implement systemic changes, create diagrams and models, engage in technical planning, design, and code reviews, and collaborate as an engaged member of an agile team. They will also stay current with emerging trends and make recommendations to help the organization innovate.
