Requirements

Roughly 3-5 years as a professional software engineer
Direct experience building and delivering software using a high-level programming language
Comfortable working at the level of technical complexity involved in adding features to a small command-line app (e.g., Byteboard exercise)

Responsibilities

Work closely with colleagues to build the right solutions to the problems our customers face
Make valuable changes in the codebase in the first week, with changes live in production minutes after merging
Write and review high-quality, well-tested code to ensure a stable product and stress-free codebase
Identify areas for improvement in the codebase and team processes, and share responsibility for making the team better
Own the problems solved and software written all the way to production and beyond, responding to customer feedback to improve solutions
Share knowledge with other engineers through code reviews, pairing sessions, and team discussions
