Candidates are required to have seven years of experience as a Software Engineer, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is also required. Experience integrating existing software, developing data queries, providing recommendations for documentation, developing algorithms, assisting with test procedures, and writing/reviewing software documentation are necessary qualifications. Experience with Spring Framework/Python, Angular 6 or higher, JavaScript/TypeScript/Java 8, NodeJS, SQL and NoSQL databases, Graphic Design, CSS/Web Styling, and Python is preferred.
The Software Engineer will develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems, review and test software components for adherence to design requirements, utilize appropriate software development methodologies, and serve as a team lead. They will also assist with developing and executing test procedures, develop software solutions by analyzing system performance, and provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards.
