We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team and help us push the boundaries of web personalization, reliability, and autonomy in software delivery. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Europe.

Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer at Prismic, you will:

• Contribute to building and maintaining highly reliable systems that serve millions daily.
• Collaborate within autonomous squads to drive innovation & achieve user impact.
• Take end-to-end ownership of services, from ideation to delivery and maintenance.
• Help define and uphold operational excellence standards across Prismic.
• Engage actively in adopting and refining the AI-driven tools and processes pioneered by Prismic.
• Continuously evolve our technical capabilities to meet future challenges.
• Mentor and learn from a vibrant engineering community.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who ideally:

• Have substantial experience developing scalable backend systems.
• Are proficient with serverless architectures and modern backend frameworks.
• Possess strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Value the creation of resilient, scalable, and secure software.
• Understand the critical role of collaboration in software development.
• Are passionate about leveraging AI to automate and enhance web personalization.
• Value end-to-end ownership and responsibility in software development.
• Are excited about leveraging AI technologies to amplify your own and your team's potential.
• Appreciate balancing technical excellence with practical product delivery.

Bonus Points

• Experience working in high-growth SaaS startups, where adaptability, speed, and scaling engineering teams are key challenges.
• Passion for developing GenAI agents and developing against Large Language Models (LLMs).

Compensation & Perks

• Salary Range: 60,000 - 80,000 EUR per annum, gross. The final compensation will be defined based on the candidate's experience and location.
