Requirements

Candidates should possess significant full-stack programming experience, including familiarity with Agile methodologies and SaaS software architecture, and a strong understanding of modern programming languages. They should also have an interest in JavaScript technologies, be comfortable with algorithms, and demonstrate a product-oriented mindset focused on the customer experience. Fluency in English (US/UK) or B2 level (FR) is required, along with excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

The Software Engineer will lead real and complex technical challenges, including analyzing and modeling a complex codebase with significant traffic and data volume, while adhering to a strong focus on clean architecture for long-term growth. They will work on the development of broader functionalities, level up their skills on the technical stack (Node, Vue, TypeScript, JS), share best practices within the team, create their own courses on the 360Learning platform, implement cross-functional tools, document and refactor features to maintain quality and transparency, onboard new engineers, and eventually become the owner of part of the codebase, working on complex functionalities impacting multiple teams and stakeholders.
