Responsibilities

  • Building core infrastructure that will serve millions of API calls daily and become the backbone of Zoom’s AI ecosystem
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable APIs and SDKs for Zoom's AI services (ASR, MT, OCR, AI Summary)
  • Building robust batch and real-time processing capabilities for speech recognition and other AI services
  • Integrating AI services with Zoom's billing platform and self-service infrastructure
  • Collaborating with AI research teams to productionize proprietary AI models
  • Ensuring API security, reliability, and scalability to support enterprise customers
  • Shaping the developer experience for one of Zoom’s most strategic new product lines
