Responsibilities

Analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients
Perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development
Deliver high-quality code while adhering to best practices and project timelines, ensuring applications meet client needs
