Responsibilities

Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead
Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet business process design and application requirements
Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on configuration requirements
Document configuration processes and maintain accurate records for future reference
