The role requires strong Python skills and experience in Linux environments with cloud technologies. Additional experience in Java, C#, or C++, CI/CD tools, automated testing frameworks, database design, web development, or data visualisation is beneficial.
You'll be part of the DRAGEN Team—a dynamic group driving innovation in genomic data analysis and automation, collaborating with bioinformatics scientists, software engineers, and verification experts on world-changing projects.
A recent Graduate with strong Python skills, passion for software engineering, interest in bioinformatics, and experience in Linux, cloud technologies, and programming languages like Java, C#, or C++ would be ideal.
