Responsibilities

  • Lead GBS integration by involving functions timely, recognizing interdependencies, and overseeing relevant functions
  • Foster collaboration among GBS experts, focusing on change management and accountability; establish connections with integration functions external to GBS
  • Develop connections with acquired company contacts, facilitating information exchange between GBS and the acquired company
  • Foster and uphold robust connections with Integration Management Office (IMO) peers, particularly Integration Leadership, Finance, IT, and HR, to grasp their requirements effectively; act as the liaison for exchanging information between GBS and the IMO
  • Foster and sustain strong connections with collaborators, leaders, and subject matter experts within GBS, and ensure a deep understanding of their needs
  • Program Management: Develop complete strategy amongst 8 diverse workstreams
  • Demonstrate planning skills: Recognize obstacles, create answers, lead execution, and maintain improvements by utilizing connections, in-depth research, and guiding from behind
  • Collaboration: Encourage teamwork among team members and with other key functions and partners to coordinate projects; guarantee a solid grasp of functional interconnections and identify areas for collaboration
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous process improvement, driving daily enhancements
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic advice and recommendations to GBS leadership on ongoing integrations and improvement projects
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned, contributing to organizational success
