Requirements

An effective communicator who acts as an ambassador of service for the Company internally to staff and externally to guests with respect and maturity
Capacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and guest policies
Ability to operate equipment as trained
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Successful completion of a background investigation
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

Assists in the ski and snowboard learning process for children in the Ski and Ride School (SRS)
Interacts with parents on a regular basis
Performs inside and outside job duties
