Minimum 5 years of experience (7–10 years preferred) in software development
Excellent programming and debugging skills in C and Embedded C
Familiarity with ISO 7816, ISO 14443 (part 3 & 4), ISO 15693 protocols
Knowledge of Coverity analysis and fixing issues
Experience with coverage tools like Bullseye
Hands-on experience with GIT / SVN configuration management
Scripting skills in Python and PowerShell
Proficiency in modern testing frameworks such as Google Test, Unity, NUnit
Knowledge of C# and ability to debug across C and C#
Familiarity with Doxygen documentation
Experience with lab equipment like oscilloscope, logic analyzer, RF SPY
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering (15 years full time education)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Write the software that powers and operates a silicon chip
Develop pre-silicon firmware and software with a direct interface to hardware
Integrate and develop C tests/APIs and software build flow
Perform design and code reviews
Test and validate product implementations
Design, develop, and test software for PC and embedded systems
Collaborate with engineers to define system architecture and interface specifications
Create and execute unit, integration, and system-level tests using frameworks like Google Test, Unity, NUnit
Optimize code for performance, memory usage, and reliability in resource-constrained environments
Participate in code reviews, debugging sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Document software design, architecture, and test procedures in compliance with internal standards
