Responsibilities
- Développement des évolutions et participation à leur conception
- Administration, configuration et gestion de la maintenance corrective et évolutive de ServiceNow (Snow)
- Documentation technique et rédaction des spécifications techniques
- Collaboration avec les équipes internes pour comprendre les besoins métiers et traduire ces exigences en solutions techniques
- Participation aux différentes instances du Framework SAFe pour le bon suivi des projets planifiés, et animation du Sprint Review relatif aux déploiements réalisés
- Alignement avec les standards de développement OOTB (Out Of the Box) recommandés par l’équipe globale et par l’éditeur ServiceNow
- Gestion d’une meilleure qualité des livrables et du produit ServiceNow
- Participation aux tests (QA / UAT) concernant les nouvelles améliorations à livrer par l’équipe interne ou par l’équipe de Deloitte global, et lors des tests de montée de versions
- Formation, certification et documentation sur de nouveaux modules et nouvelles fonctionnalités selon les projets et le planning de formation
