Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years working with the ServiceNow platform
Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation, customization, and integration
Experience in a leadership or architectural role within a complex IT environment
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred
Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM) are a plus
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture
Proficiency in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the overall architectural blueprint of the ServiceNow platform
Ensure the platform architecture aligns with industry best practices and organizational standards
Design scalable and secure solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the ServiceNow platform
Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and others as required
Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications
Ensure data consistency and integrity across the platform and integrated systems
Oversee the customization of ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs
Lead the development of custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform
Ensure all customizations and developments are properly documented and maintainable
Establish and enforce platform governance and best practices
Conduct regular reviews of platform performance, scalability, and security
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and organizational policies
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture
Provide technical guidance and support to the development and administrative teams
Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders on platform strategy and performance
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using the ServiceNow platform
Lead initiatives to enhance the user experience and overall efficiency of the platform
