Strong communication, collaboration, analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are needed.
A strong candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in math, engineering, information systems, or related field, plus 3+ years of relevant experience with key ServiceNow skills like CMDB, multiple modules, web development, scripting, and APIs, along with strong soft skills for teamwork and problem-solving.
