Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
Comfort working near garbage, odors, and waste
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

Collect trash bags directly from residents' doors
Transport trash bags to the site's dumpster or compactor using your own pickup truck with open bed or vehicle with trailer
Work outdoors walking the property and climbing stairs each night
Work night shifts, typically Sunday to Thursday starting at 7:00 or 8:00 p.m. (10–15+ hours per week)
