Requirements

  • Desire to work in the water treatment and process chemical business
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and resolve issues efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to perform manual work, including technical water testing and physical activities
  • Experience working in an industrial environment or previous water treatment experience (advantageous)
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Perform equipment preventative maintenance, water sampling and chemical analysis to ensure the effective application of chemical treatment programs
  • Chemical inventory management and ordering
  • Utilise on-site technology and complete service reports accurately and timely
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by delivering value-added and focused service
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our in-field process and water treatment services for potential future development opportunities
  • Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to creating a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and solve technical issues
