Requirements
- Desire to work in the water treatment and process chemical business
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and resolve issues efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Ability to perform manual work, including technical water testing and physical activities
- Experience working in an industrial environment or previous water treatment experience (advantageous)
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Perform equipment preventative maintenance, water sampling and chemical analysis to ensure the effective application of chemical treatment programs
- Chemical inventory management and ordering
- Utilise on-site technology and complete service reports accurately and timely
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by delivering value-added and focused service
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of our in-field process and water treatment services for potential future development opportunities
- Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to creating a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and solve technical issues
