Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in SEO content, editorial management, or content operations
  • Deep editorial sensibility — exceptional attention to grammar, structure, and tone, with the ability to apply and ensure brand and style consistency across contributors
  • Strong familiarity with SEO fundamentals (search intent, metadata optimization, internal linking, schema)
  • Experience with Webflow (particularly with CMS Collections, rich text fields, and SEO settings) or other content management systems preferred
  • Proven ability to independently manage editorial calendars, production timelines, and contributor workflows
  • Hands-on experience with AI content automation tools (AirOps, Writer, or similar) a strong plus
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Airtable, or Asana for editorial and project tracking
  • Valid work authorization required for the country of operation

Responsibilities

  • Execute editorial operations for SEO/AEO content, from brief review to publication
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to identify and execute large-scale content refreshes, using tools like AirOps and Webflow CMS workflows
  • Apply and uphold high editorial standards across AI-assisted and human-written content
  • Update metadata, structured data, and internal linking across content pieces to align with optimization best practices
  • Provide recommendations for internal documentation and process improvements for the content refresh and publishing lifecycle
  • Review published content for quality, accuracy, and compliance with editorial standards
  • Stage and publish content in Webflow CMS
  • Conduct final content checks for formatting, links, metadata, and on-page optimization
