Installs, documents, and configures Windows Operating Systems
Reviews complex designs and configures hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, and storage
Performs Operational Acceptance Testing and evaluations
Monitors systems to ensure availability according to SLAs
Provides support for monitoring systems and setting appropriate thresholds and alerts
Reacts and responds to events according to escalation procedures
Provides complex statistical information for weekly and monthly status updates
Acts as a 3rd line technical support resource
Deploys changes in accordance with the Global Payments change control process
Raises, updates, and closes change control tickets
Monitors and reviews system logs, detects and troubleshoots problems, and escalates as needed
Supports issue resolution and provides feedback to support teams
Provides on-call support within the established structure
Investigates, troubleshoots, and mentors for escalated issues
Conducts complex system maintenance, including patch management, firmware management, and operating system upgrades
Provides out-of-hours support as required
