Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Oversight:
- Line manage and coach Trial Coordinators.
- Provide guidance and support to the team.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure high-quality trial delivery.
- Contribute to improving processes and systems.
- Scaling Effectively:
- Help the team scale effectively as the company grows.
- Mentorship: Mentor and empower Trial Coordinators.
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
- Experience with eTMF systems and regulatory documentation.
- Experience working in a startup or tech-enabled clinical setting.
