Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Oversight:
    • Line manage and coach Trial Coordinators.
    • Provide guidance and support to the team.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure high-quality trial delivery.
    • Contribute to improving processes and systems.
  • Scaling Effectively:
    • Help the team scale effectively as the company grows.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and empower Trial Coordinators.

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

  • Experience with eTMF systems and regulatory documentation.
  • Experience working in a startup or tech-enabled clinical setting.
