This is a hybrid in office Success Flex work opportunity reporting into the Rocky Hill, CT Trial Division office.
The candidate must be licensed in CT. Litigation experience in various bodily injury, commercial, property, and liability claims is preferred, with admission to Federal court a plus and admission to RI and/or MA also a plus but not required.
Seasoned litigation attorneys with significant civil litigation experience in property and casualty insurance defense or subrogation are required, including trial advocacy skills and handling a mix of complex cases independently as lead counsel.

Strong candidates possess academic credentials, strong analytical skills, legal acumen for litigation, efficiency, proactive case management, a strong work ethic, and adeptness at utilizing technology while collaborating with support staff, requiring minimal oversight.
