Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support opening, closure, and ongoing maintenance of bank accounts across multiple countries and financial institutions, including signatory changes and banking resolution implementations
  • Support and drive transitions from mergers, acquisitions, or parent company changes, navigating multi-country requirements with local finance teams
  • Facilitate KYC refreshes, changes of ownership/parent company, and related documentation with banks and stakeholders, ensuring AML/KYC compliance
  • Act as key liaison between banks and internal teams (Legal, Tax, IT, Shared Services, Payroll, BODs) for KYC processes, account openings, and banking operations
  • Maintain accurate and complete records and audit trails
  • Support identification of redundant bank accounts to streamline and optimize the banking portfolio post-M&A
  • Review and execute manual ad-hoc treasury payments (domestic/international), ensuring compliance with internal controls, SOX, fraud prevention, and proper post-execution handling
  • Approve or reject direct debit requests
  • Review and validate changes to sensitive vendor banking data, partnering with Master Data teams
  • Coordinate setup of ad-hoc multibank agreements for reporting and payments
  • Support ERP migrations and implementations, including technical calls, bank connectivity, configuration of AP/Payroll payment files, account statement reconciliation, and interfaces, advising on best practices
