Requirements

4+ years of dedicated technical sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused specifically on Machine Learning, AI, or Deep Learning talent

Responsibilities

Serve as the internal ML talent market expert by mapping top research institutions, labs, and startups, and providing competitive insights
Design search strategies that surface candidates with intellectual rigor and first-principles problem-solving skills
Assess candidate quality through analysis of publications, open-source contributions, and patents to gauge technical depth and impact
Proactively generate and maintain evergreen pipelines for high-bar ML roles (Emerging Talent, Research Scientists, Applied Scientists, and ML Engineering Leaders)
Craft precise, technically fluent outreach tailored to candidates’ research areas, ensuring credibility and resonance
Lead high-bar technical screens while acting as a credible ambassador for the ML team, translating complex challenges into compelling narratives
Partner with recruiters and ML leadership through rigorous ATS/CRM tracking, quality-focused candidate delivery, and data-backed market reporting
